Although I just wanted a small quantity of ridge tiles the order was dealt with efficiently and the tiles arrived at my door and were dropped off in a pallet at the place where I was working. No breakages ready to go.

The delivery arrived with 2 days delay. There were broken items and the delivery company refused to take the responsibility so we tried to get in touch with the supplier but after 3 phone calls nobody picks up the phone.
