Jack Lawson took on board all my concerns (borne out of an awful experience with another roofing supplies company) and personally saw to it that my tiny little order was completed satisfactorily. This was no mean feat given the non-standard nature of my needs. Furthermore he was uncommonly patient with my inability to cope with modern technologies. One chimney pot was broken on arrival, got in touch with Roof Stores and it was replaced immediately. Great customer service.

Wouldn't normally bother reviewing this sort of company. I ordered 3 rolls of the top brand roofing felt. I don't expect much when having building materials delivered as you have to expect the get thrown around due to weight. They were beautifully pckaged in 2 layers with a top layer of bulb wrap! I have had electronics delivered that are less well wrapped. Well done

Ordered 10 roof tiles using Roof Store online site. Delivery was quick but unfortunatly some were broken on delivery. Emailed the company with pics of the broken tiles and got a response form a guy called Josh very quickly. There was an apology and the items were resent immediately and arrived within just 2 days. I would definitely recommend a company like this as they seem to go that extra mile to keep there customers happy. Quality service !!!

Would NOT recommend. They took money without having the stock and eventually after MANY calls we realized the delivery was due 6 business days after we were expecting it. I had to cancel and buy from somewhere else that delivered stock the same day.

Quick service during Covid and roof felt was top grade and best price around. A must buy product to protect my shed roof. The felt is thick but durable making it easy to work with.
