Excellent service,all round

Roof stores offered a good price, and good quality products even including delivery charges. Delivery was very quick. Very very minor issue with the courier labelling 2 of the 3 packages with the same number, which meant that there was confusion on one of the packages being "lost", which it was not. Overall very happy.

Was given wonderful and very honest advice by Ross McLaren. Clearly this is a very customer focused business, very impressed

Order was straight forward however when ordering battening I would have order a set amount and then repeatedly reorder nether delivery fee is expensive if ordering a small amount so it would be cheaper to go to your. Localsupplier

Easily ordered roof tiles online with delivery waiting 3 working days. Found a few were broken on arrival, an email or two layer and replacements are on their way. Great service. Any ask for more.

I ordered over £1200 of roof tiles and spoke to the head of customer services called Ross McLaren and he promised me the items would be delivery on time but delivery arrived two days later. How can someone be head of customer services while not keeping up his promises. If you can’t delivery it then no points to promise it. I am very disappointed would never recommend this company. Those 5 stars reviews could be fake reviews.

Roof Stores are brilliant. I mistakenly ordered a green felt thinking it was black and my builder was putting pressure to complete the project. Roof Stores within days delivered the black roof felt - which looks wonderful. Thank you for your efficiency and understanding. Everyone I spoke to at Roof Stores was wonderful. I've used Roof Stores twice now and both times they have been excellent to deal with. Prices are good, delivery is good, and when a couple of tiles were broken in transit, Roof Stores replaced them with no hassle. Thank you for your excellent service.

Found some tiles, best price around, placed order, delivered within a couple of days, job done, all good!

I emailed what tiles i was after, they replied that they had them in stock so I ordered via the website. The tiles were delivered 3 days later, simple process, they kept me in touch with delivery date etc. I would defo recommend this company.

Roof Stores were very helpful and responded constructively to my questions. We opted for the ISO super felt and the finished roof looks good. Even though we were working in late November on a cold day the felt was relatively easy to handle. Delivery was quick.
