Absolutely excellent service. Others may have labelled me an awkward customer. Jack Lawson took on board all my concerns (borne out of an awful experience with another roofing supplies company) and personally saw to it that my tiny little order was completed satisfactorily. This was no mean feat given the non-standard nature of my needs. Furthermore he was uncommonly patient with my inability to cope with modern technologies. Thanks Jack you are a credit to yourself and your employer. I really could not be happier and would strongly recommend using Roof Stores.
