Ripple Energy is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.

I hummed about this one before eventually not investing. I could easily have got done but usually for a lot of the projects I wasn't quick enough in deciding. That is probably why because it felt like a pressure sell....invest now or miss out. Disgusted really from the comments what has happened.
Just read thrives renewable said that there sorry to hear ripple gone under that no payment has been made to them either from Ripple or the coop. There looking forward to dealing with one or the other but at moment there continues with build on there own. Why hasn't ripple sorted a deal
Could not make my final payment. Just checked their reviews and have found out they have gone bust. Thanks for telling us no doubt I would have lost my investment. The Directors would be well cared for got scam written all over it. Have had no return on my investment.

I paid £25 reservation fee couple of months ago but I've just realised this is a very bad investment as the online calculator has shown me, I will make £200 profit on potential £7,000 investment in so many years. The price of general energy will go down in the future and this might even level up or cost more. It's unfortunate I can't get my reservation fee back. Not interested in this project or your future projects.

Take a deposit , when scheme is announced they then tell you it will be 2 years or more before any electricity will be produced , it is not a viable investment . Then will not refund the deposit ,after an exchange of a few emails they eventually refunded my money

I have just come on here to look at the feedback. It's interesting how most of the people who have commented and provided positive feedback have done so on multiple occasions, this looks like people have been paid to provide feedback. Not very honest! Why would people comment on the same subject more than once?

Just watched the Webinar for round 3 and the solar farm. Registered back in November and webinar just confirmed what a brilliant idea this is. It's not just about making money. That's not why I have now bought shares. Its about stable green electricity and doing something positive to guarantee clean renewable power for the future and to lower my personal carbon footprint for future generations.

Paid £25 for a reservation. Still waiting to hear what the hype is all about. Everything so far is very vague and all the numbers for generation appear to be wet finger in the wind estimates. I don’t think I have enough confidence in this to proceed. Have asked for my reservation fee back but as it is past the 14 day period, they don’t want to know. If they can’t act in good faith with £25 now, how can I trust them with £5k. If I am not going to invest now, I certainly won’t be in the next 5 years.

Give £2000 to assume that you "might" start getting your return after 2025 (like there are no delays in all constructions, let alone other factors affecting the completion of a project like this,,,financial etc) THEN get the return of your money in 15 years !!! Completion of the project in 40 Years,,,if you are now in your 50s good luck in your 100 yo birthday present !

I am just signing up for the 3rd project. I live in a very modern and efficient house, and will shortly have a large bank of solar panels with batteries fitted. However, I was looking for options for wind power for the winter months. A home turbine isn't a feasible option, so this will give me the same effect, but as part of a cooperative, rather than as an individual. Brilliant idea.

This is a great idea and we are keen to invest in your next wind farm. Our solar panels produce about 75% of the electricity we use, which means that we only pay for our net grid use, about 2300 units. We would ideally like to invest enough to cover the winter deficit, when our solar panels are not generating much but our heat pump is using a lot. That would be 5000 units. My question is, would we be able to invest that much, while still remaining on an Octopus tariff that means we only pay for our net grid usage of 2300 units?

Not so much a review than questions, I have my home n a quite large n very old listed building that has hmo status so I pay the energy costs, if I invested more than most investors could get cheaper e bill on both propertys, definaty will be investing , what's my next move, thanks in advance kind regards Keith Spalding

Ripple have so far kept us informed as well as we would expect for any A+ rated Project Manager. 4 out of 8 towers already manufactured and in storage - the rest of the civil and site prep packages under way. So far so good
