I hummed about this one before eventually not investing. I could easily have got done but usually for a lot of the projects I wasn't quick enough in deciding. That is probably why because it felt like a pressure sell....invest now or miss out. Disgusted really from the comments what has happened.
Just read thrives renewable said that there sorry to hear ripple gone under that no payment has been made to them either from Ripple or the coop. There looking forward to dealing with one or the other but at moment there continues with build on there own. Why hasn't ripple sorted a deal
Could not make my final payment. Just checked their reviews and have found out they have gone bust. Thanks for telling us no doubt I would have lost my investment. The Directors would be well cared for got scam written all over it. Have had no return on my investment.

I installed a smart meter in March 2021. 6 months later you asked for meter readings and told me that to have not been supplying my gas since April. I was not told about this and was alarmed. Recently you told me that you have got the supply back. You responded well to my concerns and I’m pleased it has all been resolved. I’m left to conclude that the industry is not properly organized and policed where this kind of thing can happen. Pinching each other’s customers without actually telling the customer is not competitive, it is more like piracy and is done secretly and not in the customers interest.

This is a beta review because as of time of writing, the company has yet to deliver any actual product, so this is specifically about the customer service and experience of interacting with, and purchasing from, Ripple. The guys at Ripple have a fantastic idea, buy renewable power directly from the producer by owning a piece of a wind turbine. Community ownership of power generation isn't new, but this model is. I have had really good experiences with the customer service team who are fast and helpful. The website is well laid out and responsive. I wish the team well, their first turbine is going up today. Hopefully will be producing power next month. Good luck guys.

I got involved with ripple after seeing an interview on fully charged. As I am no longer a youngster I thought , this is ideal to take with me ,if I ever move to downsize. With energy prices going up I now see my actions as a wise move. My intention in joining the cooperative was to go for more green energy. I am happy and would recommend highly

This is a great initiative, backed by a great team. Having open meetings where you can be updated and informed and ask questions is a real game changer, I’ve not seen other companies do it like this.

These guys are great communicators. When you are investing in a share of a wind turbine you know it’s a new type of venture but they have kept us in the picture with open and honest info all the way through. And the process and the app are very transparent and easy to use as well . All round great experience so far !!
