On Receiving a Smart Meter.
I installed a smart meter in March 2021. 6 months later you asked for meter readings and told me that to have not been supplying my gas since April. I was not told about this and was alarmed. Recently you told me that you have got the supply back. You responded well to my concerns and I’m pleased it has all been resolved. I’m left to conclude that the industry is not properly organized and policed where this kind of thing can happen. Pinching each other’s customers without actually telling the customer is not competitive, it is more like piracy and is done secretly and not in the customers interest.
