Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

I reported an obviously out-of-date advertisement to RightMove (an option to buy land - the option has expired) which is still there over a month after my report. It does make me wonder whether I can trust other properties to be still available. This is more than just a technicality as the impression that this land is available for development can affect the value of existing properties in the area.

We received great service from the Vanmildert team (thought this was a clothes company at first). We were assisted by Lewis H who was very well mannered and seemed like he knew everything and anything about the process. He managed to complete the application for us and contacted us after the companies closing time to let us know he had assessed our statements and gathered our references. He went out of his way for us to make sure everything was in order. We tried calling after 5 once we finished our shift but couldnβt connect with them being closed. Very grateful that he went out of his way for us. Process was pretty quick once the agents had processed our forms. Would use them again if we were able to in the future.

I was highly interested ! However above does not state in the above description tennant has earn over Β£21,000 income! Which i was told over the telephone. I do think i qualifyfor this before tax and was first to apply but was not givem the correct opportunity. I was not given the application form, which was promised, and i was dissapointed i was not truly considered, proof, wage slips, etc just refused.

Truly amazing service! Rachel Robertson called me just at a point when I was getting really stressed with the whole moving house experience and she took time to listen to me and reassure me that everything would be ok, she was an an absolute blessing sent to me in that moment. Rachel found me a brilliant broadband and Sky package at a great price and clearly explained everything to me along the way.
