Rightmove has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

I had a great experience with Van Mildert. In particular, Claire who dealt with the reference process and Emily sorted out the home insurance. Both ladies were so lovely and took the time to make courtesy calls to myself and my partner to make sure we felt supported through our moving process. Every correspondence had a personal touch and I felt that the advisers really care about ensuring everything ran smoothly. I really appreciated how kind and friendly they were and I felt at ease. Would use again and highly recommend to others :)

Excellent! Could not have asked for better service. Every query or worry I had was responded to in a polite, courteous and friendly manner. I spoke to a lovely lady at first, whose name I am ashamed to say I cannot remember, Adam, Chris and Jonathan.

One of the most horrible experiences I have ever had. Lack of communication within the firm meant that our query was not dealt with properly as documents allegedly weren't received or went missing. This lead to a delay in us moving into our new property. Joke of a company would never use their services ever again.
