Rightmove has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about communication and customer service.
Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

They have just taken over Vadmildert referencing and it is not a good as it was. Piller to Post comes to mind

Charlie has been fantastic in dealing with my referencing, for an apprentice he has great knowledge on how the processes work giving us the confidence that our application will be a success with Rightmove. I would highly recommend anyone looking to secure a property to deal with Charlie, he has been great in delivering a positive outlook on the full process, start to finish. Less than 1 star. They are taking 3 days to open a file from my guarantor. Because of them, I will not be able to move into my house on Saturday. Employer super unexpert, I tried to speak with a manager or IT department and they never let me do it. They did not provide me with any solution, only complaints. Super slow and inappropriate IT system for today. Never use this service for moving, they will only make you lose your time (and home)

I was to be a guarantor for £5k. They ignored my income as I was self employed They wanted £31k cash in a current account. I was just short but had 10 times that amount in other readily available assets. They would not pass bme as a suitable guarantor. A total joke. They clearly don't understand finance

Really bad. Do not want to look after you if your a single mother...Was told that they had high interest in this even though I have universal credit and a very good salary and well with in my affordability told that I had to earn 23 k and have a home owning garantor was just shy of this and have had no call back what's so ever or help and left finding it very hard to find a home for me and my little boy even though I pay high rent and have great track record snobby girls in the caerphilly branch and I might even go to the papers about them
