I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

I have hearing problems especially with phones and Eve was more than patient and where we were having problems sent e-mails while we were on the phone to ensure I was receiving all the information correctly. It took a while but we got there in the end.

Diabolical service

Diabolical service, received phone call, asked to call back, have attempted 5 times and spent 127 minutes overall listening to some recorded message trying to convince people how great Rightmove services are....sorry people, misrepresentation!

Wrong Move!

This service is a terrible I have never been so stressed in my life. Short of Rightmove, asking for a sample of my DNA they have gone way beyond what is considered normal 'referencing'. Awful awful experience and don't call them on a Friday after 1pm they will not answer you call!!

Blightmove - Take no responsibility for listing accuracy

Full of estate agents misrepresenting e.g. detached status, location on map and using CGI renders when a real photo might put people off. Just seen one where they use real photos apart from one. The real photo would show that the front of your house was a bus stop on an A road (without even a pavement in between). The CGI shows none of that of course. Rightmove allow you to report “errors”, but they don’t deal with these themselves, they just forward to the estate agent. So in the cases where it’s deliberate (i.e. most of them), nothing will happen without action by Trading Standards.

Shocking - would like to give no stars

Shocking! Three times I've phoned them and after listening to the same recorded message trying to sell me something how important my call is, it auto disconnects after ten plus minutes. Ah, but hang on, of course, silly me, it's all down to Covid and everyone working from home (not!).
