Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

Had experience where I have to few…

Had experience where I have to few agents my phone number. I received so many call over a day that it made me so stressed. So went to this agency..emailed with my requirements..agent asked my number. I've explained why I'm not comfortable to give my number yet..bit happy to communicate through the e mail...agent said good luck with the search..by saying in that case he will not help

So I’ve been on the phone all day…

So I’ve been on the phone all day sending my documents across and was having difficulty due to using a mobile at work, the employee dealing with my case was Sebastian Close and he went above and beyond to explain how and what I needed to do and kept in contact with me throughout the day until I was satisfied and we resolved my issue. 5* to Sebastian and a very big thank you from me and the family.

Great experience

Great customer experience, all went without a hitch, Emma and Natalie were outstanding. Only thing which would be beneficial to have is some sort of CRM, which would highlight which step on the referencing process you're currently at, upload documents, etc.
