I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

5 star service

I phoned Rightmove to assist in a update of a property, and they were amazing at helping us change this. Throughout the process, We spoke to Luke, Maddie, and Aimee, who were all very helpful, and managed to make the changes almost immediately. Thank you for all your help!

one and half year of bank statements

I had given my landlord and agent references and my soft check on bank account with good credit score as well. Still they asked me to provide more than one and half year of bank statements even after providing six months of statements. They had also done, the employment and affordability check. I have never had such difficulty with any letting agents. I don't care if they securely view our little data, asking for one and half year worth of data is preposterous.

When I contacted the right move the way executive responded to my queries I'm not satisfied,when we go to the website they do list many properties when I contacted them to enquire about a property they did not provide proper information and they asked me to contact after a week. I requested them to provide the details but they denied

CORPORATE BULLYING OF A PAYING CLIENT

Having had an account for over 20 years with rightmove paying over £4000 a month, our sales account has been made invisible as a completely separate company. A lettings business using the same company name was advertising more than 5 commercial properties than it's subscription allowed. When I highlighted I have no control over a separate company and the fact that lettings and the commercial properties were still live, I was simply told when the other company complied, our properties would show again. THIS IS NOTHING MORE THAN BULLYING, from a company that have no interest in their paying customers anymore.
