Right move is set up to sell financial services (like mortgage products) and promote estate agencies that pay for additional promotion. Registration is painful, taking 5 mins to wade through their security protocols

I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

Waste of time using the app. Most of the places advertised are not in the radius and the filters are useless to renters. I have found more time wasted through using the app. Advertising properties seen in high demand and literally they are overrated and untrue. The properties are still on the market for 12 months until it becomes realistic. It's better using other methods in search, as some of the properties I doubt are even valid, ploy to get signed up for something. Definitely not renter friendly

Log-in process is terrible. It took a while to recognise my non-google email address and even now, I go through a continual loop of having to re-enter my log-in until I clear my cookies. Sort it out! I'm supposed to enter the date of my experience here - but it's ALL the time.

The most horrible real estate website ever (Don't get me wrong - Zoopla is the same).Unfortunately due to no competition there's no incentive for rightmove to improve, but I'll leave a comment here as a desperate measure. For the many many years there was no new features for the customers and very limited available filters. This is sad to see how the business may turn their backs onto the customers if they are not giving the profit. Rightmove is designed for the estate agents, not buyers/renters.

I am unhappy as letting agents are allowed to put up shared accommodation as flats. This makes the filer function pointless. I have clicked to ‘Don’t Show’ Shared Accommodation, but the same letting agents are constantly flouting this by deliberately not advertising their lets correctly. -3 for that reason. Otherwise I would mark it a 5 star.

Shame that unable to provide feedback. Estate Agents are big Liars. They showcase many viewers are in the queue and say the property may go in seconds. Also say please act fast.. They say Landlord will decide. Bud sadly this is not truth. Whom ever is wealthier, whom ever giving their preferred rent they offer the property.. On top so many hidden charges.. Registration fee, rent late payment fee, renewal fee, minimum tenancy.. so much..

Avoid by all means! We have been dealing with Natasha from Dagenham office. Terrible experience. We been handed one report and quite a chuck was taken out! After agreeing the delapidations they sent another report where not only they were keeping the deposit, we had to pay extra on top. All this because from a dead garden where the landlord throws all the construction garbage we made it beautiful and actually planted grass and put pots with plants /flowers. I would never rent or buy with this agency and please avoid!

Hi Rightmove I found a nice apartment going on your website and dealing with Satnam at Reiss-Samuels. Some feedback it would be handy to have a section on the listing to show network coverage as my new apartment is awful the last couple of days apart from that great site I moved in back end of last week
