I would give minus stars if possible. Our letting agent uses Rightmove referencing: So the Rightmove rep, Craig called my wife and within 30 seconds insisted on access to her bank account (?!). Then, when she declined and offered the usual payslips and statements, the rep said, "You want this property, get over it and swallow the pill". I have never heard such unprofessional nonsense in my entire life. I am absolutely insensed and who in their right mind would give bank account access to a complete stranger in Ireland??? Who the hell do these people think they are? Does anyone trust 'Rightmove' with their personal financial data, you'd have to be insane.

I used to work for Rightmove. I wouldnโt recommend them as an employer but I do recommend their website. Everyone I know always go to Rightmove as their go to site. The other sites like On the market are not as easy to use and you never just get houses in your search area itโs always extended a few miles outside. Itโs Rightmove all the way.

Every time I log into this site my password does not work, and I have to be emailed a link, and it is more difficult than logging into my bank account. So I just elected to change the password. All appeared great, until I found all my saved properties had gone and all my drawn areas have gone. All I want is to look at properties and save them. This is the most ridiculous website I have ever encountered.

PRIVACY - WHAT PRIVACY!!! I'm a commercial Landlord and for the first time, I decided to contact Rightmove in order to advertise one of my commercial properties. I filled out the necessary information required to be contacted and because my privacy is important to me, I read Rightmove Privacy Policy and understood my rights before submitting my application. Rightmove contact me and I didn't what to use their services and opted to use an Agent instead. I therefore, emailed Rightmove in order for the to erase my personal data etc.. under the Right to be Forgotten. This is my standard practice will all companies that I have chosen to use theur services or purchase products etc... A simple procedure and all but Rightmove, complied to my request. Rightmove has requested that I provide them ID in order to varify my identity in the form of a Driving Licence, Title Deeds and a Utility Bill. This was a first and I said ((((NO!!!)))) because it infriged on my privacy even further and I highlighted there was nothing within their Privacy Policy requesting such information, otherwise I wouldn't of submitted my details. So, Rightmove is making up the rules as they go along. I have made a complaint to the ICO and now awaiting feedback. Rightmove still refusing to delete my personal information until I prove my identity to them. Rightmove you can run and jump, you pathetic dingleberries.

Be careful with RightMove. I absolutely do not recommend!!! The RightMove checked me, they did an incorrect check, they made a mistake - they mixed up my employer. Adam Urwin did the checking. Based on his mistake, he made an incorrect conclusion to my landlord. Lendrod refused to renew the lease. I asked to correct the mistake and was completely ignored. This is terribly incompetent and unprofessional. The mistake of one fool decides the fate of people. Do not deal with this dangerous company. A shame! They don't even deserve one star.

Not liking the revised website, the floor plan link is in a strange place, I donโt like how the map works and itโs crazy having no street view option. Have used Rightmove as an agent and personally for many years, website definitely needs a rethink!
