Hands-down the worst delivery service I have ever witnessed. I can confidently say 'witnessed' because I watched this from my living room window in real-time. 1. Delivery driver was late and outside of the allocated delivery time. 2. Delivery driver arrived and did not attempt to park. Instead he put his hazard lights on in the middle of the road, got out and approached my front door. 3. Upon seeing this, I grabbed my dog to put it in the bedroom and out of the way and returned to see the delivery driver get back into his van and drive off. 4. 'Failed delivery' card was left in my door. Having a dog, I would have known if a knock on my front door would have happened - nothing. 5. The phone number they leave on their card does not work - you cannot call them, only contact them on Whatsapp and when you do manage to speak to someone they inform you that they are unable to send the driver back. Absolute joke of a delivery service. This is not a delivery service - essentially just 'man with a van' that companies like DUSK rely on for cheap delivery costs. The company you order from have no authority over them so cannot demand the driver to go back and actually attempt the job you have taken a day off work to be home for.
