Highly recommend Rhenus delivery
Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Friendly and polite
Friendly and polite. My pick up was on a Monday and the email says that I would get a text with a time slot the day before obviously I didnβt expect it on a Sunday so couldnβt make any working arrangements around my slot. The good thing was I got a phone call first thing on the morning and I must of been the first call. I think if your delivery or pick up is on a Monday you should get the slot on a Friday. Other than that a great service

Great delivery experience for two garden gates. It was good to have the option and select the preferred day of delivery, then the communication was very clear, and the truck arrived within the time bracket.
