The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.

Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

We had a good working rapport. Because I was able to give detail of problem because I know my machine and recognized it's happen before so when the engineer arrived he knew what parts to bring in which help the flow of the replacement part straight forward and not stressful. Thank him.

The operative arrived early, telephoning before hand with the revised expected time. He was efficient and diagnosed the problem quickly. An element was replaced and I was able to use the appliance within half an hour of his arrival. I am very grateful and pleased with the service. Thank you

The initial booking process went well, but. On the day prior to the agreed engineer visit I received a call to urgently call back Respond Services; something about bringing my appointment forward! When I called the call centre agent had no knowledge of the call! Confusing. By lunchtime of that day I did receive a msg with my appointment time window. After that, all went according to plan and the engineer arrived nice and prompt and efficiently carried out the repair. All ended well.
