Confusion, but all ended well

The initial booking process went well, but. On the day prior to the agreed engineer visit I received a call to urgently call back Respond Services; something about bringing my appointment forward! When I called the call centre agent had no knowledge of the call! Confusing. By lunchtime of that day I did receive a msg with my appointment time window. After that, all went according to plan and the engineer arrived nice and prompt and efficiently carried out the repair. All ended well.

Brilliant service from product stock

Brilliant service, even for small quantities. The screws I bought are not readily available from most well known suppliers, but TC Fixings came up with the goods from stock. Great purchasing and delivery service.
