Confusion, but all ended well
The initial booking process went well, but. On the day prior to the agreed engineer visit I received a call to urgently call back Respond Services; something about bringing my appointment forward! When I called the call centre agent had no knowledge of the call! Confusing. By lunchtime of that day I did receive a msg with my appointment time window. After that, all went according to plan and the engineer arrived nice and prompt and efficiently carried out the repair. All ended well.
