The booking process was the most difficult as it wouldn’t accept my serial number online so had to call up and book. They couldn’t recognise it either so just used a “generic” serial number which didn’t seem right to me. The tech who attended was very friendly, polite and informative. He spent time checking all the possible issues and noticed that I needed a replacement item and ordered this for me without me having to ask. Very happy with the tech service, not so much the booking process.
Arrived on time, polite and courteous. Very tidy and cleaned up after the works. Explained what had been done. Excellent service Many thanks
Very competent and very professional. Came with the spares BEFORE looking at the combi oven. The engineer had a guess that it was probably the issue. Result no time wasted for the engineer, for the company and for the customer. Excellent. Well done.

This visit was made to replace a faulty component in my washing machine which sometimes kept 4the door shut after a completed wash. (Diagnosed on a previous visit). The office staff and engineer were all friendly and the work was completed 3 days later.

I found the appointment time of 6:45–7:00 AM quite early, especially with young children still asleep at that hour. I would really appreciate it if more family-friendly time slots could be made available during standard working hours

Fantastic service from phoning AEG, to saying bye to the engineer!. A repair engineer arrived within 48 hours of my reporting the problem. He was great!. Had my cooker repaired within an hour. Lovely chap too, he showed me some tips on using my cooker that I didn't know about. It's a shame more companies aren't as good as this. I called with a warranty fault, expecting to be waffled about it being a genuine fault but, instead, I got a lovely lady who took my details and booked an appointment without any fuss. I'm so thankful to AEG for having perhaps the best after sales I've ever experienced. Top marks.

This company would be great if its systems were as good as its staff. Helpful lady booked the visit, then received SIX emails within the next 24 hours, giving THREE different time slots for the visit. Another helpful lady sorted this out on the phone, and I did get an email as promised on the previous working day to confirm a narrower time slot. The engineer arrived well within this, but unfortunately was not able to get my cooker working having diagnosed a fault in the supply cable. He very kindly dealt with a few admin tasks which gave me the chance to clean behind the cooker before he put it back
