I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. ๐Ÿ”น No proper paperwork or confirmation. ๐Ÿ”น They didnโ€™t inform the DVLA like they said they would. ๐Ÿ”น Left me to deal with all the admin myself โ€“ risking fines and penalties. ๐Ÿ”น Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. Whatโ€™s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and donโ€™t want the stress, go elsewhere. My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Great service

Arrived as arranged, jump started car and loaded car on to trailer, sorted paperwork and provided cheque all within about 20 minutes. Very courteous. Excellent service.

Great customer services, best price.

I find remove my car through Google, easy steps to get price online without speaking to human. I checked with many scrapyards but remove my car offered me best price . So I accepted offer. And called customer services to book appointment for collection. Vehicle was collected in 8 days. Collection went smooth, paid instantly. Good customer services, will use them again if they offered good price.

Quick and easy with no issues

Brilliant friendly service

I contacted them on the Monday afternoon because they offered a fair price, The office contacted me and said that there was a driver in my area but unfortunately I was at work . Their driver came back on the Friday when I was available, nothing was too much trouble at all . The driver had my car loaded quickly and efficiently whilst chatting away ,then explained what I should do with the paperwork. I fully expected to be paid at the end of the working day but around 45 minutes after the driver had left I received a notification from my bank saying that the money had been paid in . All in all a brilliant friendly service and very prompt at payments , if I could give another star I would

Awful customer service

Awful customer service, car wasnโ€™t collected excuse given was driver had a puncture. Re arranged collection three times and use the same excuse twice! Appalling company, car still not collected. Wasted 3 whole days waiting! AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY
