❌ Avoid Remove My Car – Absolute Shambles 🚗💥 Honestly, steer well clear of Remove My Car. I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. 🔹 No proper paperwork or confirmation. 🔹 They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. 🔹 Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. 🔹 Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. This lot are not serious. #RemoveMyCar #CarScrapFail #DVLA #LondonDrivers #BadService #RealReview

My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

this is the first time I have had to have a car removed from home site so unable to compare with any other company. However Simmonds who are Stalbridge (Dorset) based were straightforward, efficient and no hiccups to report; the administrator Bonnie Simmonds was considerate and helpful. There endeth my review. Used this service under the impression…

Used this service under the impression the car would be scrapped due to being unroadworthy people collected car and drove it away with no insurance or tax then found it up for sale over 6x the price they paid for it the same day avoid at all costs

One other notable company let me down…

One other notable company let me down twice so I thought I'd contact these and it went without a hitch. Car was jumped, loaded and gone in 20 mins and the money was in my account by 4pm the same day & it was more than the folks who let me down. No stress & professional.

The whole process was quick and hassle free, I received my payment within 30 minutes! Highly impressed with their efficiency and reliability. My car was collected on the 19th, it's now the 23rd, no payments still. I've contacted them though I just get told it will be in the account by the end of the day, it's gone past the end of the week and it's not.
