I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. πŸ”Ή No proper paperwork or confirmation. πŸ”Ή They didn’t inform the DVLA like they said they would. πŸ”Ή Left me to deal with all the admin myself – risking fines and penalties. πŸ”Ή Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. What’s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and don’t want the stress, go elsewhere. Car removal

My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

A Positive Experience

I was very pleased with the service I received from Remove My Car. Getting a guaranteed price was a simple process with no haggling involved. Arranging collection was straight forward and the car was collected on the arranged date with no messing about and the agreed fee was paid by bank transfer the day after collection. All in all a very positive experience. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is I had to wait a week for the car to be collected.

Best pick up service in the world ! #Joshua

Cannot thank Joshua (the driver who collected the car) enough ! He called and let me know when he would get here (had a window of 0700-1700) and was so friendly and helpful. The car that needed to be taken was a whole wreck of a vehicle and he worked so hard, and actually way more than most would have done, to get it taken away. He is an absolute star and saved our neighbourhood and my reputation by getting rid of it ! He was amazing ! All calls and emails answered promptly by very courteous and friendly folk, money received and so happy with their service ! Exceptional ! Well done and thank you !
