โŒ Avoid Remove My Car โ€“ Absolute Shambles ๐Ÿš—๐Ÿ’ฅ Honestly, steer well clear of Remove My Car. I handed over my car expecting a hassle-free service, but what I got was nothing short of a nightmare. ๐Ÿ”น No proper paperwork or confirmation. ๐Ÿ”น They didnโ€™t inform the DVLA like they said they would. ๐Ÿ”น Left me to deal with all the admin myself โ€“ risking fines and penalties. ๐Ÿ”น Had to sort everything on my own just to stay on the right side of the law. Whatโ€™s meant to be a simple collection turned into a right mess. No communication, no accountability. If you value your time and donโ€™t want the stress, go elsewhere. Car removal

My old car was removed without me having to take a day off work(as it was a day in the week). After following the email instructions, the job was done, swift & quick & I received the full amount that was quoted.

Easy to organise and good service. Only reason for 4 stars is they couldnโ€™t collect for a couple weeks - otherwise good, simple and easy. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Price offered was the price paid unlike other companies who try and knock the price down for no reason. Very fast collection of my car with clear communication keeping me up to date and super prompt payment the next day. Would highly recommend

Great Experience

The whole process went very smooth from the initial contact and online quote to the collection of the vehicle. The collection was well within the time frame stated with a very polite and helpful member of the team who gave me a receipt, filled in and gave me my part of the V5C and informed me that the money would be in the bank account by 6pm which it was. All in all a pleasant experience.

Very poor service, company lies

Would not use this company they offered a quote of a Friday then prices changed by the Monday and used every excuse as to why they could not collect blaming collection team, so I tried another vehicle the day after they told me they were not collecting and had a phone call straight away from collection team to arrange collection but they just didnโ€™t want to honour the price of the first car, have all screenshots and proof from chats with them etc
