My experience with most if not all water companies has been nothing short of shocking . Pure Utilities are the exception to this rule in my view . The CS and sales team are joined up and are great . move all your water and utilities to this firm . I have !
I had excellent service from Pure Utilities and would recommend them. My emails were answered promptly and dealt with efficiently. It was nice to be dealing with a human being rather than either a robot or someone who struggled with the English language in a foreign call centre.
I was helped considerably by the two Customer Service representatives, Misha and Samantha with their exceptional care, efficiency and subsequent action to sort out difficulties with an account. Well done ladies.
This company keeps harassing us, no matter how many times we contact them to tell them the address on their customer list is not a business. It is the residence of a vulnerable young woman who is a service user at our charity. Despite following their instructions on how to remove the address from the register and asking them to put a note on their files to stop contacting us until this has been done, I received an email confirming the address as a customer the same day. Outrageously bad customer service and harassment of a vulnerable young person. If you are a commercial business, take your business elsewhere immediately.
First class service. We moved from Wave to Pure Utilities in June this year as we were not happy with various aspects of the company. We have had so many problems with utility companies in the past, I was quite wary about moving, as a lot of the time one company is as bad as the other. I can only say that our dealings with George Powell have been excellent and he is my point of contact. His communication skills are so good. You can always get to speak to him and he is so efficient. If he is not available at the particular time you phone, you are passed on to someone else who is always very helpful. I am delighted to find a utility company that is exceptionally good and even happier that you can actually speak to people that are helpful and efficient. This is a rare occurrence these days!
