Continuing saga they nominated themselves from nowhere and to being issued a legal letter to retrospectively bill us, they then charged us penalties for billing As per practice vacant premise was billed and despite providing evidence of unused period they are slapping with late penalties and have sideways moved the evidence to slowdown the process They are last option and remind me of utility company in one of the bond movies
A pleasure to deal with this company who managed to get our shop on the right rate because the REAL people at the end of the phone put me through to the Manager.
From the initial phone call to Callum at Pure Utilities and getting set up, his customer service has been second to none. Callum kept me updated every step of the way dealing with a problem that the other company didn't even query! He was on the ball and kept me right otherwise I would have been paying far more than I should have been. It's a breath of fresh air to have a utility company that actually takes an active interest in their customers and I would recommend Pure Utilities especially if all the staff are as dedicated as Callum
I have very recently switched to Pure Utilities. This is now my second property with the company. I have found their billing system very clear and I enjoyed being able to come back to the same customer service rep.. Callum has been very clear and immediate with email responses and patient with all my questions. Would highly recommend Pure Utilities for customer service alone.
