Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Brake need to be visible

No words to express and no words to define how comfortable it is, however. The brake system has needed to change needs to be visible that's all.

Faceless and Failing

It’s a shame pure has decided to become another faceless company, the only reason they took market share from xiaomi and Segway was because of the stores. Now they’ve closed the last London one too I’m sure they will be going bankrupt soon!

just hope you don't run into any issues with your Pure scooter

Nine months after purchasing my Pure scooter, my battery began to quickly loose charge. I reported the problem, sent my scooter in for repair, problem solved. Or so I thought. The battery would continue to die on me, before I'd even done max 10km. They say the range is 30km on full charge. I sent my scooter in for repair once again, this time the battery was replaced. I began using it, but the problem persisted. I've asked to have the scooter replaced, but Pure has refused. I've now been asked to send it in for the third time so they can further investigate the problem. I'm wasting my time, the scooter is just one year old, if I knew, I would not have made this purchase with all the hassle I've had to go through.

I'm disappointed at the lack of power…

I'm disappointed at the lack of power going up hill. But the scooter is overall a good buy for me.I save on running costs and it is surprisingly comfortable Although a bit bumpy.

Great service

Very helpful, good communication, Friendly and understanding, I had a error on my scooter, they got got back to my email, the scooter was picked up within two days n sorted within two days of arriving there n within a week a replacement was sent back too me. Happy customer all round with the service. :-)

9 months before a bought a scooter from…

9 months before a bought a scooter from pure electric shop Manchester after buying after 4 months the Scooter was not getting on as the shop in Manchester close I was trying website of pure electric I wouldn't be able to get any results but now after 5months I tried emailing them I am very happy in my first email they solve my problem and they collect my scooter for repairing I am very very happy from pure electric for the nice behaviour and dealing with customers I will just say pure electric is the best
