just hope you don't run into any issues with your Pure scooter
Nine months after purchasing my Pure scooter, my battery began to quickly loose charge. I reported the problem, sent my scooter in for repair, problem solved. Or so I thought. The battery would continue to die on me, before I'd even done max 10km. They say the range is 30km on full charge. I sent my scooter in for repair once again, this time the battery was replaced. I began using it, but the problem persisted. I've asked to have the scooter replaced, but Pure has refused. I've now been asked to send it in for the third time so they can further investigate the problem. I'm wasting my time, the scooter is just one year old, if I knew, I would not have made this purchase with all the hassle I've had to go through.
