Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

Excellent scooter

Poor quality check. 2 faulty scooters on 2… raise the scooter’s quality as it was, reopen physical shops, check the quality of your products. Is it enough constructive my criticism?

Best customer service I've dealt with!

Best customer service I've dealt with! Definitely would recommend everyone who wishes to buy a scooter to buy from Pure Electric. Amazing scooter with a ridiculous range on the Pro+ which is the one I purchased and also the app is simple to use and intuitive. The build quality and features of the scooter ensure it is future proof especially with the indicators on the handle bars as well as a functioning brake light and a very strong headlight. Really happy with the product as well as the after sale service! Will be using Pure Electric for all my future scooter needs! :)

new inertube

excellent service new inertube was provided free of charge as there was a problem with the valve on the original. new inertube arrived in two days customer service assistant was very knowledgeable about the product and quickly resolved the problem.

Great scooter

Difficult to get repairs.

1) I’ve been without my bike for 3 weeks. 2) Emails that I sent were ignored and ‘technical’ issues blamed. 3) Collection of faulty bike requires waiting in all day. 4) First repair of bike failed after 4 days. 5) Promise of a full and free service resulted in a request for money. I have had a very nice apology from Pure Electric and they are working to improve the situation which is helpful.
