Difficult to get repairs.
1) I’ve been without my bike for 3 weeks. 2) Emails that I sent were ignored and ‘technical’ issues blamed. 3) Collection of faulty bike requires waiting in all day. 4) First repair of bike failed after 4 days. 5) Promise of a full and free service resulted in a request for money. I have had a very nice apology from Pure Electric and they are working to improve the situation which is helpful.
