Since I paid nearly £650 for the air 3…

Since I paid nearly £650 for the air 3 pro plus I find the lack of communication very appalling. I would NOT recommend anyone buying from these people. My scooter came, I fully charged it how they said too. Ran it out of battery within 6 miles. It should do almost triple that. Sent it back... lack of emails on "customer service" come across like they don't actually give two monkeys. They said they tested it, charging cable, battery so on... apparently a faulty charger. So I mentioned it only done 6 miles out of a full charge. Not one reply about that. So I now feel like I'm stuck with a faulty scooter even with 6 month warrenty. They really need to sort this out because I will go to small claims. Anyway.... I would NOT recommend anyone buying from these people"professionals" absolute shambles Update**** finally received an email back from someone who did actually help me! Manpreet I think his name was. So basically took the scooter back and done their checks and came back as a faulty charger... scooter was delivered back. manpreet made it very clear that if I wanted a new scooter he would make that happen. And even gave me the next model up. And quickly had the old one picked up and new one delivered to me within two days. I don't know if it's because of the review I left that I got so much help afterwards but like I say manpreet helped me a lot and made it happen so regardless I'm happier the problem was sorted. ✔️ that's why I've added three stars instead of the original 1 ⭐
