Disappointing quality and customer service

At first glance, Pure Electric seemed like a great product—shiny and well-built when it arrived. However, the quality simply does not last. I’ve had mine for less than 16 months, used it fewer than 10 times (I don’t use it for commuting), and it has already stopped working and won’t charge. Reaching their customer service is even worse. After waiting nearly two months for responses, all they did was asking for more money rather than offering any real solution or proper support. For a premium price, you expect reliability and decent after-sales service—unfortunately, I got neither. Disappointed and would not recommend.

Excellent company

Ordered my husband and my self a pro 4 max electric scooter. Orders it on the Friday. Excellent communication all the way through it being sent out to us. Delivery exceptional. Arrived next day. Well done Pure Electric. Very impressed. Scooters are wicked, def recommend!!! 5 star all the way.

Outstanding customer service

I contacted Pure about a scooter which needed fixing with no details about the purchase during a very difficult time following a bereavement. Customer services could not have been more efficient or kinder. The scooter has been successfully collected, repaired and returned. The team were extremely nice and easy to deal with.

The folding Pure electric scooters are…

The folding Pure electric scooters are Pure fun, but perfect for people travelling as well. They fold up quite small and yet when fully unfolded (30 seconds) they feel extremely solid. Acceleration is great and range is incredible. If you want an e scooter try one with a different, standing with your feet straight across the scooter in a more normal manner.

Such awful product and service

Such awful product and service. Bought my son a pure electric pro4 for Christmas. After 5 days it broke, wouldn’t turn on. Was asked to ship it back, after chasing and chasing to see what the next steps were. And have now been chasing relentlessly to understand when I’m getting a replacement, refund or repair and nothing. 5 emails sent, 3 weeks have passed, and not a single response. Absolute disgrace. Avoid and do not spend money with this company! They have zero customer service. Really, to reply- What a convenient response! I have a 12 email thread that has gone silent since I returned the faulty scooter! No response and your phone line is “not in use” every day!

Not very satisfied

Not very satisfied. the company does not much to help people. i bought it once and it got broken down. had uncomfortable experience just making sure its replaced. they were not very reassuring, after long while ive got the new one. after short period of time( each time) i had to be changing the mudguard. had to do it more than 3x times plus the bar stem is wobbly and just bad to be honest. Now after only 2years of use it got broken down again with to point of no return. once i sent my scooter to them in order to fix the stem and it was returned to me with damaged mudguard AGAIN!!! ONLY single reason i like this scooter is for its throttle and itw water resistance it has no wires outside.

***THIS IS A REAL REVIEW*** Be warned!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a scooter in October, by December the scooter broke down. I contacted the company to have it fixed. They made 4 failed delivery attempts. Now, they have seized all communication and have blocked my telephone number. The company is a scam. They seem to be selling faulty scooters and allowing the warranty to run out. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a air pro 4 so not cheap and keep having problems when charging . I've emailed 3 times over 2 months and had no reply (got sent emails as proof). I'm paying monthly too so not good . I'm going to go into my bank and get a charge back for not fulfilling their promise

DO NOT BUY SCOOTERS FROM THIS COMPANY

I would like to make everybody aware of Pure Electric scooters. Over the last 3 years, I have purchased 3 scooters. The most recent scooter I purchased was the Pure Advanced. They sold me a defective scooter (handlebars kept collapsing when riding) which could have led to me injuring myself. I informed them about it, and they arranged for it to be collected so they could repair it. Once repaired and returned to me, some of the reflectors where missing. So I had to chase them to get these replaced. Then 7 months of riding it, it just stopped working. No power, no error message, just stopped! As its still working the warranty, I contacted them again to explain what happened. They arranged for it to be collected on 27th December 2024 for it to be repaired. It is now 15 January 2025 and I have heard nothing from this company regarding my scooter. I have sent countless messages to an Emily Newman (who assured me that she was dealing with my case) but neither her or that CEO Adam Norris have had the common decency to respond or acknowledge any of my emails. Their customer service team is actually an AI BOT. So pointless contacting them. Be very wary about buying a scooter from this company as they are not trustworthy.

My experience with this company has been horrible

My experience with this company has been the worst possible from the get-go. From the beginning, their handling of my issue was slow and inadequate. Appalling customer service. I placed an order on November 20th 2024, and tried to cancel the same day (my bad for only realizing these are illegal in public spaces after ordering it), their customer service advised that I'd have to accept the order and only then the issue would be dealt with. After poor management of the issue from their side, eventually, on the 9th of December, the return was received by Pure. I have had ZERO acknowledgment or responses from them since. I have not received any refund for the product. I have attempted to contact them on multiple occasions inquiring about this issue, I have had ZERO responses. It has been over a month since they received the return.
