Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

I am the last guy who leaves behind any feedback but in this case I am delighted to do so. I am a professional portfolio landlord over 10 years now. I have so far managed tenants handson and hence I understand the complexity of Tenancy laws and landlord responsibility. This is the first occasion I have handed over my Bracknell property to Prospects under all sorts of apprehensions to fully manage. However, I could not be any more assured and delighted that Prospects gave me Ms. Beckie Baxter as my senior property manager to look after my property and tenants. It is this kind of passion for work and professionalism that makes great business. Beckie not only does what she needs to do but will go every extra mile to ensure things were taken careof. Thanks to Beckie Baxter being a landlord with Prospects has been much easier. Basically any estate agent is only as good as its Property Manager, and luckily for me (and Prospects) Beckie is excellent. Always available for advice, and quick to nip any potential problems in the bud.

Agnese Rees has been our property manager with Prospect for a few months. As new landlords, she has been very good at keeping us up to date with all surveys and requests and has been very good at finding solutions every time we needed it.
