In terms of property management I would rate Prospect 5stars, Agnese manages my property and has been wonderful. She has been so attentive to our questions and dealt with maintenance immediately; always following up to check everything has gone to plan. Agnese also eased all of my concerns around moving into the property when communication had been minimal from the landlord. I have removed 1star based on the service to rent my current property as I found the letting agents to be slow to respond and not forthcoming with information; quite often leaving us unsure of next steps.
