Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

The Agency have employed lots of people gor nothing . They dont have chance to sort it problem with profesional manner . They say something and do other thing. They dont follow the law for the renting out the Properties in unsuitable condition. They expect the people take the property after They just pretended was painted and cleaned with the professional and is look like 5 years old child done it. And most of things was broken in the property or not working order , When They rented out and asking the Security deposit 5 weeks plus 6 months rent advance . Shame full company . Dont try to rent with them exactly not before you properly checked state of property.

Prospect are terrible. They are a bunch of crooks who charged fees for things that were not justified We rented a property via ‘Prospect’ years ago - they tried charging us for a mole problem the rental property had. We were warned by a local cleaner when we moved in that prospect we’re bad … we should have listened!
