Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

We have a property that is managed by Prospect. Like most companies I look for the 80/20 rule whereby we all strive for 100% which unfortunately is not achievable due to many variables. What is important is how and when the 20% that does not meet expectations is rectified. Prospect for us overall have done an amazing job over years with many teams; they have the 20% philosophy to rectify the challenges that have not been met. Hazel Sims is one of their stars.

The lettings team in Maidenhead are terrible. Uncommunicative, discourteous and, ultimately, incompetent. Maybe it was just our experience but be warned. We will not be using them again. (PS I've chosen to leave out the names of the agents involved as I feel identifying individuals is a bit too pointed. Therefore, I am leaving this review as broad experience of my unhappy experience.)

Thanks to Beth for making it happen in the end, as a purchaser the conveyance took longer that anticipated due to 3rd party delays. Not an easy job dealing with multiple parties but she got us there, I was literally sitting in the office and ran out with the keys at 4.40pm on moving day! Big thanks to Beth and team!

Paul and his team have a strong knowledge of the Warfield area and have a super friendly style of working with their clients, which is a breath of fresh air as an estate agent. They worked above and beyond to get our sale and purchase (even though they weren’t selling the house we bought) across the line and took at lot of frustrated calls from us on their shoulders and become our sounding board for things that happened within our chain. We would highly recommend the team to anyone buying or selling in the Warfield area.
