Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Excellent service

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Letting Bracknell Awful from start to finish really disappointing

Prospect Bracknell Lettings Very Terrible every Landlord‘s worst nightmare!. Prospect Lettings didn't listen to me as a customer so disrespectful also very argumentative leaving me feeling rubbish and I was always in the wrong. Felt like all they care about is hitting targets so unprofessional service. They are very full of themselves also very cocky. Target driven rather than customer driven. Told not many tenants out there and it is this or nothing, and to take tenant. No one likes my property and to take these tenants I told them I didn’t want from the start before signing the contract. Before Terms were signed they nice. After signing the they contract they both changed. They made me feel like I was just another number, a nothing nobody both had no one patience for me. This really affected my mental health as I was unable able to eat or drink for days feeling so trapped very sick. I had to sign the contract so they could advertise house To Let. their manners were really awful and the way they spoke to me with a real attitudes. They spoke over me making me feel like I had no clue of what I was talking about and putting pressure on me to except. They done most of the talking. I Couldn’t talk much as they knew better than me, they are the professionals and I am not! Lettings would say “What's the problem you are having a check in and a check out done also a pet clause in the contract pro-clean, don’t worry” They kept saying why not to my decisions why,, why?? Renters bill is coming you have to do this. I was not discriminating I just wanted a working couple nothing else. When I originally signed the contract the was agreement was a working professional couple and no pets. They even said we know you don't wants pets the new law in coming you place and you have no choice! They kept contacting me with totally different type of tenants we originally agreed they kept reminding me the new laws are changing and really need to be more open minded or you won’t have tenants . I was so shocked to be treated in this way by this estate agent. As I was bringing them business. They were being disgustingly rude to me. I decided enough was enough and this was not appropriate or acceptable. I was not able to make the right decisions for us, as they were making decisions for me. They wasted too much my of time Lettings told me “ We have 32 people in this area looking for 2 bed house so not problem for us,” but when came to crunch they really struggled to find us any tenants they were making me feel I had no choice saying there are no tenants out there “No one likes your property!” Imagine being told this by estate agents, was like they just wanted to let out the house with no care of who went in to house using the laws which are not even known yet, which have not come into place yet. Told this is law you have too. Stop being fussy Lettings told me " #DONT TALK AT ME, TALK TO ME!!!”# when was I talking to him normally I wasn’t being rude or shouting I was talking normally. Just really stressed as he was not helping. My anxiety and stress levels were going through the roof as they was being so nasty I and couldn’t do anything to get out as was feeling so trapped by the contract signed unable to go to other estate agents to look for other options. I was also told “no one likes your property and to go with only what they had on the table a couple with dog”. I did not sign up for. The conversations were very tense and I felt like I was going out of my mind overwhelming, burst feeling so sick, trapped!! As the contact will the would be sole agent to advertise the house for 4weeks no other estate agent allowed. They kept demanding pay now Set Up & Commission fees to be PAID for tenants, tenants they forced on Me but I never wanted left me with not much choice saying this or nothing so I had not choice.#” Then told it cost them too much money to advertise my house and I had to PAY them.#” Lettings Kept Emailing demanding me to make payment and to let Lettings know when once payment was done just same as a BALLIFF, so he can track and find payment from accounts. He kept saying you have to pay now emailing with account details pay this now. I have never been treated so bad by any estate agent and I have been in this business for years. Absolutely so insulting so disgusting and disappointing service. I just can’t believe I was treated so bad so trapped! I felt like a little mouse with no voice. It has really affected me especially days turning into weeks. This affected my life & mental heath and my health not eating or drunk water for days. I am writing this review so people know excalty how I was treated. I never asked for a miracle only for a couple of working professionals no pets. If I had my way, it would be a zero star review. I am find this hard to believe even just writing this review. Disappointing 0 Star from me experience I wouldn’t like again
