Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Sasha and Chloe of Prospect have been of great help to us. They are always trustworthy and give their best to clients. Thanks Chloe for helping us fix the boiler during cold winter, working even at late hours just to make sure someone would come in to repair. Sasha is always friendly and would promptly respond to our requests, got them sorted out without delay. Very impressed with their great work! They are just outstanding!
We sold our property through Paul and his team last month. Beth enthusiastically handled the sale from first viewing to completion and did an excellent job of matching potential buyers to our property. Shoutout also to Charlie for his professionalism during the viewings. Overall a first class team. Highly recommended.

Any issues we had was handled in a timely and efficient manner. As a tenant of Prospect for over 10yrs in 3 properties, and working the past years with Beckie Baxter, my property manager, I have found the process of renting, maintaining, repairing, renewing my tenancy totally seamless and stress -free. Its been a real pleasure working with Beth Murphy on my recent purchase. Beth was extremely professional and genuine through out this process and always gave honest, pragmatic advice when it came to the property…. And avoided using the pushy sales tactic which i had experienced with other property agents . Beth was also extremely supportive when it came to dealing with my legal firm with the whole exchange process - they weren't the best when it came to communication so she handled them very well to get things over the line.. thanks Beth you have been incredible !
Sasha Byrne has just become the new prospect manager to manage my flat, I have been very impressed with her attention to detail and her great attitude to get a positive outcome. Mainly dealing with the tradesmen working on the flat, EG They gave a high price for the job with no details re cost of labour cost of parts etc etc Sasha was on to them before I had to ask, chasing them for a detailed costing, That’s just one of many that Sasha has given outstanding service, she’s a credit to Prospect
Great service as I was travelling a lot and the company would send up-to-date videos of properties. I am delighted with what I rented. Would recommend these guys as the process was smooth and professional.
