As a tenant of Prospect for over 10yrs in 3 properties, and working the past years with Beckie Baxter, my property manager, I have found the process of renting, maintaining, repairing, renewing my tenancy totally seamless and stress -free. Not wanting to complain about previous managers, however, in Beckie's safe hands, feel I have nothing to worry about and that Prospect have my back covered (and my landlord’s too, which is equally important) 😊.
