Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Chloe Reilly has been my manager of my property for about three years at Prospect. I have found her helpful, active, constructive and pleasant. I appreciate being reminded about when the gas certificate etc is due. I like the way Prospect keep me abreast of my responsibilities as landlord, and am very glad to receive the Inspection reports which include so many photos of my property's rooms and garden.
Chloe Reilly has given us extremely professional and friendly service, very approachable and goes that extra mile to help. Can not recommend Prospect highly enough.
We have been with Prospect as tenants for the last 5 years. The service has always been amazing. Chloe who has been our point of contact is always on hand to help. Responses are super fast and super helpful. They are always understanding. The online portal where we can report any issues with the property is wonderful too and helps us track the status of anything we have reported. GREAT TEAM AT WARFIELD. Saw our house and Beth arranged a viewing which was lovely and answered a lot of our questions. Once our offer went in Virginia took over.
