Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

We came across Prospect when looking for a new flat closer to work, we viewed a flat with Matt, who was friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and just a genuine pleasure, we put an offer in there and then, since then we’ve been dealing with Chris who is always very responsive by email and happy to help, nothing is too much hassle, he is very professional and friendly and gives that personalised touch. Prospect appear to be a lot more personalised and family orientated than other lettings companies we’ve used, much better than the company we used previously. Thank you for making our move a lot less stressful!
Its the worst experience i ever had.All those agencies following the same patterns but this experience was beyond awful. We raised a complaint regards to delay on refurbishment.The reason of the delay was that the agency did not transfer money on time on builder as builder confirmed.We wasted money on frozen food for another week as the kitchen was ripped off and we could not used it.We did not have an information from the agency about the delay whatsoever.I accidentally called and i found out my self.All this did affect our monthly budget . Our holidays were ruined and night shifts for extra money were cancelled as the refurb. date changed .I was dealing with lots of stress because of a health issue and although i mentioned this to the agency the kept ignoring us. Samantha Baron was the only person who actually listens and provides solutions . There is a lack of communication in general.We need to call and email numerous times for things to get sorted.We had broken handles in 2 bedroom windows and anyone could open from outside.For this only we needed to call and email over a month. Our total nightmare started when i had to deal with an agent called Chloe Hoptroff. She never replies back.Ever!I never seen this in my life before.I spent time on my days off,my holidays,to reach her and even when i call another person will always say she is busy.Still to this day she has not replied since over a month ago. I've seen other reviews with people having the same exact issue with the same person.Its very sad that these people are on this jobs. I never had so much stress in my life.Very sad.
Highly recommend Prospect Estate Agents. The Warfield office provided exemplary service from start to finish and I cannot overstate their professionalism throughout. Special mention to Beth for selling our house at the first time of asking (with some considerable time pressures to do so) and Virginia for her constant communication and advice throughout the sale process. We also bought our house through the Prospect Bracknell office and their service was similarly professional - again special thanks to Ricky and Adam from the Bracknell branch. House moving is a stressful experience but the constant and willing communication from the entire Prospects team went some way to alleviate this!

Paul and Beth secured a great sale on our house. They were happy to work at our pace from the outset (including a gap while we both got over covid) and when we were ready they stepped things up and found the ideal buyer very quickly. Overall excellent experience, would recommend.
Beth was fabulous when we sold our house. She targetted the right buyers and we sold very quickly. We were not put under pressure and could take our time. Paul the Manager at Warfield, was very professional and gave us great advice and ensured everything went smoothly. Would definitely use Prospect because of Paul and Beth.
I have recently had the misfortune of viewing a rental property via this agency. They are unprofessional and dishonest with appalling customer service. I agreed to rent at the asking price and have not had a response weeks later. I am aware that they are still having viewings on this property. I can only conclude that their ultimate motive is to see which potential customer will offer the highest price. Highly unethical, avoid.
