Highly recommended. A great agency.

We have been with Prospect as tenants for the last 5 years. The service has always been amazing. Chloe who has been our point of contact is always on hand to help. Responses are super fast and super helpful. They are always understanding. The online portal where we can report any issues with the property is wonderful too and helps us track the status of anything we have reported. We have a very good relationship with Prospect and are happy tenants! I would certainly recommend.

Such a pity the service is slow and no response to emails

I was happy when I saw there was somewhere that would pick me up a Burger King meal and deliver it. The website did not open at the time it said it would. The delivery took over 1 hour. To be fair the driver did apologise for the delay. Off he went but alas when we opened the delivery I did not get what I ordered. I paid additional for cheese on the burger but it was not there and we ordered some sides but the wring sides were included. I have been on the website and been told to contact the local area manager (oliver at one-delivery.co.uk) but no answers to my email. I have chased again this evening. Looking at the trustpilot reviews however I am thinking I will probably be ignored. I would not recommend at this time and will not be using this service again!
