Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

I use Prospect to manage a property that I let and have been really pleased with the service I have received from them. I would like to mention the Property Manager Lily in particular she is always professional, polite , timely in her dealings with both myself and my tenants.
We have been renting out our property with Prospect for 7 years. And in that time we have had a few different people managing the property for us, and have all done a sterling job. But I have to say Lily Sines has definitely been by far the best. She is quick to respond to all emails and deals with every issue promptly and in a professional and courteous manner.
Prospect is a proactive lettings Agency with good lettings team. My interaction has been positive in terms of tenants find, setting up contract and maintainence with Harry and Charlie. Lily Sines is the property manager who is very responsive and looks after the property well.
Professional and friendly lettings team got our Bracknell property let out to great tenants who look after it and pay on time. Property manager, Lily Sines, is responsive, courteous and gets the job done. Our tenants seem happy so we're happy. Job well done!
Chloe is always friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue with our property and she goes the extra mile by calling me after work has been completed to check if all is satisfactory. I would not hesitate to recommend her or the agency’s services as a whole!
Had Prospect selling my property in a not exactly favourable market, but they were really professional with their valuation and the conduct of viewings, with every viewing followed up. Eventually we had a buyer and from there the real challenges begin... they did a wonderful job liaising between seller, buyer and their solicitors. We needed a fast completion and with their help we were able to pull through. Many thanks to Paul and Beth and would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of putting their house on the market!
I found Prospects an absolute pleasure to deal with when selling my house. They were very informative without any pushiness. Ross was professional and guided us through our first house sale.
