Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Dan(Daniel Simmonds) at Wokingham Prospect branch has been fantastic in helping us in our property search. He takes keen interest in understanding customer needs and really makes an effort to send the right properties that are suitable and inline with customer needs (very rare from our experience). He also is very thorough and gets into the detail, providing us with additional information as requested. He always goes the extra mile and is always at the other end of the phone for any of my questions and yet not imposing.
