Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

In recent months I expressed interest in 2 properties to let. Their people are prejudiced against me, refusing to deal with me and saying the properties are not available. I earn more than these little people, so what gives?

Finally exchanged on a property after a long few months. Could've easily turned into a bit of a nightmare experience, but Beth has been fantastic throughout. Going above & beyond to chase up every step in the process & escalate issues when things were taking to long. Not only that but she was polite & cheerful throughout, a real pleasure to work with.

Prospect Maidenhead is really incompetent, not professional to deal with renting properties. Property Manager can not close the agreement on deposit, still sending us fault items to claim extra. It is going to be almost 2 months since we have moved out and we still could not get our deposit back!

They are highly incompetent, their operations are completely broken, they do not understand the basic needs of the tenants. House with the worms, they call it as deeply cleaned!!

If I could give them zero stars it would be too kind. The most incompetent estate agents that Iβve ever dealt with. They let people in your rented house without notice, they never fix items around the house. They hound you when youβve given notice to move out. They donβt respond to complaints. They are useless and they try and keep all your deposit!! Stay away from them!!
