Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

I purchased my Flat 3 years ago and Propect have been letting it out for me. I’ve been interacting with the Property Agent Kate Smith if there are any issues surrounding the Flat on numerous occasions and she has been Superb keeping me up-dated. Emails , phone calls and texts are responded swiftly and quick if there is a problem. She was very Professional advising me about an ongoing issue I had with the managing agency who own the leasehold of my flat. Giving me directions and advice on how to overcome this obstacle. The 5 star is because of her , she deserves a Pay Rise.

I use Prospect to manage my rental flat in Reading as I live away in the North of England. They do an excellent job always attentive and alert me of any issues or deal with my queries very promptly. Vickie is my manager of the property and she does a great job and I feel very reassured the flat is in safe hands.
