Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!

Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

Demi from the Aldershot branch has gone above and beyond to make our house purchase and sale run smoothly. She made a strong prediction that she could sell our house in a week and did just that. We have had very disappointing experiences with other estate agents but Demi is aa absolute gem. She is very professional but also a lovely human. It is nice to just do buisness and not feel like you're being manipulated.

After little success with other agents I did a long walk with the dog in the local area on a spotting exercise and found a lot of properties were being sold by Prospect. When you meet the team at the Aldershot branch you realise why, they are so personable and Dexter especially is a joy to deal with. I found it hard selling as my wife died and there was a lot to deal with, but Dexter and Prospect have assisted me in the process making it less stressful.

Probably one of the most frustrating estate agencies i had to deal with ,we had a terrible experience with prospect. I had been dealing with Kenny Wackrill purely focused on commission rather than a value adding service. Communication was very poor whilst waiting on an update on an offer placed on a property had to keep chasing him whilst he was booking further viewings, did not feel like valued prospective buyers at all. Very unprofessional and Poor service Completely wasted my time and put me off speaking to any agencies.
