Beth and Bekah were brilliant at helping us to sell our home and purchase our next property. Our chain was quite hard to keep together at times and I think would have fallen through with another agent. They were easy to communicate with, positive and proactive. If we move again I would not consider using anyone else. Thank you!
Beth and Michael supported with both the sale and purchase and were excellent at both ends. Our property sold within a week and when buyers pulled out twice they secured new buyers very quickly and smoothly. At the other end Michael managed the chain superbly under many challenges often as a result of the poor performance of our solicitors, Melia Mumford. His communication was great at all times and he managed and controlled the chain very well. I would recommend without reservation.

They reprented a seller whose property I bought recently in Maidenhead. Unfortunately you can't change the seller's estate agent. They are just appalling. They don't manage anything, are economical with the trough, which delayed the process at least one month. The management is not trustworthy and didn't train and control their staff. Suggest you avoid them in any case

She is very well organised and everything seems to be done with complete control. No last minute situations.
She is happy, friendly but very competent.
This is great as it helps me to arrange my diary and allocate staff.
The reason for writing this review is because we recently had a job where the landlord was very angry and accused us of not cleaning the upstairs carpet. Even though she agreed they were still wet she thought they didn't smell as good as the downstairs carpets.
Claudia handled the situation extremely well communicating between us and the landlord with great respect for both parties, coming to a conclusion that suited everybody.
it is so nice to have someone who shows us a bit of loyalty when things get difficult. It doesn't happen often enough.

Was contacted by Ashleigh, concerning a rented property we are working at next week. She was extremely helpfully and contacted the tenants to confirm the appointment.
We were in contact with Charlotte as she was our first contact agent during the finding new home process.
Charlotte was knowledgeable and very quick in responding which make the whole process much easier and smoother.
The only objection I can have was the referencing system they use which was Goodlord. We had better experience with the previous one. There was some miscommunication this time which resulted in a bit delays in finalising the contract.
