SW pro cleaning review Claudia Davis
I have been a contractor for Prospects for many years now but recently I have had the pleasure of working with Claudia Davis. She is very well organised and everything seems to be done with complete control. No last minute situations. She is happy, friendly but very competent. This is great as it helps me to arrange my diary and allocate staff. The reason for writing this review is because we recently had a job where the landlord was very angry and accused us of not cleaning the upstairs carpet. Even though she agreed they were still wet she thought they didn't smell as good as the downstairs carpets. Claudia handled the situation extremely well communicating between us and the landlord with great respect for both parties, coming to a conclusion that suited everybody. it is so nice to have someone who shows us a bit of loyalty when things get difficult. It doesn't happen often enough. Keep up the good work
