I really appreciate how easy and pleasant Laura and Quinton made everything and the EWay app definitely helps simplify everything.
This is the first time that I have used a remote legal service through the Estate Agents to sell a property. I found the ‘e-Way conveyancing made easy’ system to be easy to understand & navigate. All documents were completed or uploaded to my system record together with all corrrespondence. Communicating by email with our Conveyancer, Shirley, was convenient & efficient with responses & updates received in a timely manner. In addition, Shirley was easy to talk to by phone, when required, she kept me updated at all times and clarified any queries that I had. I would definitely recommend this legal service.

My wife and I were very pleased with the quality of legal work done by PPL in helping sell our flat. Its actually the 3rd time we've used them and they've always performed quite well and at a high standard. This time was no different. What really stood out on this occasion was Funda Ibrahim's(conveyancer) competence and diligence throughout the sale process. Especially, her clarity/consistency in communication. This gave much needed confidence, especially when we faced setbacks/delays etc. She was also very friendly and a joy to work with. We feel we got great value for money. Lastly, PPL's eway portal was great to use. Very user friendly and easy when accessing/uploading documents or just simply checking progress/updates. Very pleased overall. Thank you Funda.

Hayley Worthington managed the sale of our property Thirlmere Drive, which as we know can be a challenging experience. Her prompt responses to any questions raised by the buyers solicitors or ourselves ensured the transaction went smoothly. We are using her services to sell our other two properties which should all be completed before our retirement in May.

Our experience of PPL is summed up with the phrase 'could do better' We found it very difficult and stressful as with any purchase or selling. The E-way portal is ok but you do get bombarded with texts and emails whenever there is a task needing completing. If you want a service that is supportive, tactful and makes you feel like there care about there customers then this is NOT the solicitors for you. We didn't get a personal touch and had to complain to get more support. Our solicitor never had her phone off 'straight to voicemail', so actually speaking to a human can be difficult. I was able to recite the voicemail message off by heart! You do have to phone around to get someone who can speak to you, which was very time consuming and frustrating. The quote for the purchase was way off, it actually ended up being £2,000 more! There were lots of 'hidden' extra charges that we were not made aware off, but that maybe due to the total lack of communication. When we did finally get to speak to our solicitor we were made to feel like an inconvenience and stupid for not knowing every part of the house selling and punching process. As everyone knows moving house is stressful enough but when you are battling to speak to someone it is even harder. We regret using them and wish we went with another company. We had to go through the final bill with a fine tooth comb as well! dealing with PPL was the worst and most difficult part of the whole experience.
